Booking deposits & cancellations
The $49 booking deposit is part of your approved project total and is credited toward your final invoice. It applies to new standard repair and eligible Punch List visits unless our team agrees otherwise in writing. Initial service requests are free.
Read the deposit and cancellation terms
- With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may request a full deposit refund or transfer to another available appointment.
- For cancellations within 24 hours, missed appointments or unavailable access, the deposit may be retained only under terms disclosed and accepted before payment, subject to staff review. No additional late-cancellation or no-access charge is stacked on that retained deposit for visits covered by this policy. Separately approved work and materials remain governed by their agreement.
- If Kingdom cannot perform the agreed work, the deposit is fully refundable. If Kingdom reschedules, you may choose another available time or a full refund.
- If unexpected conditions change the scope or price and you decline, the deposit is fully refundable unless a separate assessment charge was disclosed and approved beforehand.
- Qualifying refunds return the full $49 without a customer processing-fee deduction. Bank posting times vary by payment method.
We agree any payment deadline and proposed visit time with you individually. Payment alone does not confirm an appointment. Existing agreements are not changed retroactively. Applicable statutory cancellation rights take precedence. Questions or cancellation requests? Call or text 602-497-4428.
